Charles Lear & Co. win International Property Award

Charles Lear & Co. is celebrating have been named winners of the ‘Real Estate Agency for Gloucestershire’ category at the International Property Awards; announced at an awards ceremony in London in November.

The team pipped a host of other Gloucestershire-based estate agents to the post to win the coveted Highly Commended award at the International Property Awards; a world-renowned awards celebrating excellence in the property and real estate industry.

Charles Lear & Co. is the longest established independent estate agent in Cheltenham and specialises in unique and interesting properties throughout Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. The agency was originally founded by Charles Lear in 1992 who took the reins of his father’s company, Lear & Lear, which first began operating in 1947, along with Gary Lawrence; his business partner, who boasted a broad depth of knowledge and experience in the property sector. The office boasts a small yet specialist team of five staff based in their beautiful head office in the heart of Cheltenham.
